My Drag kit is about to go on and I want to wrap the A/C lines and the power steering lines while I have the space to do it. Whats the best thing to use? Heat wrap tape? Header wrap???

Thanks Art! Do you know if any local places carry this? Like a Pep Boys, Auto Zone etc etc? I really need it today is why Im asking.

 

i use that thermo wrap stuff and it peels within weeks. man, i know there's gotta be something better cause that stuff actually peels from it's own tape, leaving the tape on the a/c lines. i found mine at a local redneck race shop.

 

Ive had mine for over a year and never any problems.

 

i used the thermo wrap too but i also reinforced it with zip ties so it wouldn't peel.

 

yeah, it's a little expensive to be peeling?
