Best management for low boost 7lbs. ?
I noticed that there are tons of fuel management systems out there. From what i understand Hondata and AEM EMS. are the top ones. My question is. Would one of these two systems be the best for me or is there some other way that would be more understandable for my setup. Eg. blue box. emange. hack.....
what would be the best way for me to go. I want safe setup

for low boost like that, you'd be fine with just about anything right down to the pump + regulator (fmu) method... though not the best, at low boost it works fine.

Also is there any diffrence between the blue boxes that come in diffrent kits. for example is the blue box in the 99 si the same as the one in the 95 ex kit.

i dont think theres any special type of blue boc for specific applications... as for injectors, my kit came with RC 310cc injectors... ran SUPER rich, but worked for me!

personally I would have bought a wideband if I was only running 2 psi, I like to keep a good tune. Its the first step to a long lasting motor, having it run correct. Sure rich at low boost isnt that bad, but if you can have it run correctly, why not?

What exactly is this blue box capable of? Works with all engines? I will be running low boost aswell and the regulator (fmu) seems really like a shot in the dark, but I dont want to shell out for aem/hondata, is there anything inbetween? I'm thinking the AFC hack with inline pump and ofcourse wideband.

Dude if your gonna run a AFC, Injectors, FMU, Hack, and a wideband kit just get hondata to be honest the wideband is a hell of a lot of money correct me if i am wrong the the AEM is like 400+ and so is the FJO. So why not just run a Hondata s200 with Boost for 500? Plus you get to tune you ingnition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Best management for low boost 7lbs. ? (integlspwr2k)
How does hondata get their base maps for their setup. Do i just tell them what i am running and they guess how much fuel i would need
Also i am a bit unsure about uberdata still. i have a good friend that has the program and burn chips but the tunning seems like it would be difficult to do.
Also what is so bad about the greedy blue box.
