Youve got a spare B18c1 head to ship and +/- $1500.
You want it to be street/strip 350 hp - 450 hp
You can play with different turbo sizing.
The catch:
Power needs to come on from at least 4000 rpm and up.
To be used with GSR cams
The $1500 must also be used to buy the moving assemblies.

Joe Alaniz if you live on the west coast, Megacycle if you live on the east coast. Bar none, the best.

No flow is not flow. Flow quality and the homogenous state of the intake charge is what matters.

For VTEC my vote is Endyn, but since you are going nonvtec, I would say Erick's racing! They just beat the Honda all motor 1/4 time. They have awesome products and good prices. I talked to Erick on the phone for over 30 minutes just asking about the throttle body. Check out their site: http://www.ericksracing.com/

Yeah, I can read, it says it on Joe's website too, what's your point? I was giving contact info. And I checked all over Joe's site and I did not see where he posted the flow numbers of the Endyn head he tested. Would you mind posting that for all of us?

There is also different types of headwork... endyn has a basic and more of a race oriented piece which two were compared fi/na fi/fi na/na...? and if they were compared one may out flow the other but what did the dynos look like? again its quality not quantity.. a head can flow a **** pile of charge but if the mixture is wetting out then it does no good. Compare performance/driveability/longetivity etc.. not flow, flow doesnt dictate power in all situations but the quality will.

Re: Which company would you send your head to for big turbo hp #'s? (FFgeoff)
im not gonna get into another honda-tech pissing match.
Joe Alaniz does great head work. Endyn, well endyn does ?? work. I know Larry has done some good stuff and knows his ****. How many poeple have had problems with Larry? How many *fast* people use larry's heads? I dont know of many. The head we have in our shop that we use for display purposes was an endyn head that was given to us after it had a vlave drop. I have seen many heads, and aftrer comparing the two, i prefer an alaniz head.
Its my opinion. Two years ago i would have taken an endyn head over anything else.

Geoff chill out man.
Im not saying one is better than the other. I was saying that anyone who says flow is flow is incorrect. Im not say Endyn is better than Portflow or Joe's Im just correcting a statement about flow is flow not supporting anyone in particular.
Obviously Joe, Portflow and Endyn know what they are doing this is represented in the times the cars run that utilize the products.
I personally will run what is best for my pocket/performance the one that comes away with the best combination of the two is what I'll run..
