200~220 is a little unrealistic considering what setup you're going to have. Expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 160whp, or less.
The biggest thing you need to check is the compression of the motor. The numbers need to be within 20% of each other.
Other things to change in addition to what you already listed would be a bigger fuel pump and new fuel filter. Good luck.

my two cents is change as much **** as you can while you are working in there. To me while installing bigger injectors, turbos, etc take the extra time to change the spark plugs, fuel/oil filter, oil. That is easy ****. Also would recommend a new clutch before or soon after. I was thinking of other things but it esacpes me right now

Compression test
timing belt/water pump
fuel/oil filter
Plugs and plug wires..I suggest NGK for both.
Clutch before Turbo, and if you want flywheel (doesn't have to be done, but if your changing the clutch and want to do a lighter flywheel, you should do it at the same time.)
bumper fluid
timing belt/water pump
fuel/oil filter

Sorry, I was under the assumption you were going to run stock boost.
