Base timing for d6y8
I knwo the timing stock is 12* on the crank marks. So does this mean I set the top left most cell to 12* also (in uber in my case).

Re: (mtber)
base timing for d16y8 is 12 deg. I'm not sure how you set base advance in uberdata. In hondata you set it in the config.
You don't need to burn any maps or anything to set base timing. Just jump the service connector and the ECU won't add any advance past the mechanical dist advance. Sync to the red line (12deg) and you're set.

Re: (dustin)
ok prob is you have to advance the dizzy to get only 11* and I guess i need to make the idle (top left colum) 13* to comensate for that one degree you cant get on the dizzy.
Reasy the dizzy wont work b/c obdI ecu with OBDII dizzy.
I set the top most column at 13.50 hope that works :-\
