I don't see the point in Barring a boost set-up.

If you got a ref ticket, you ought to return your car to stock.

If you got smog coming up, make friends and be trusted with an auto mechanic for the smog hook-up.

I heard the Greddy kit is the only real street legal kit for California that will pass smog.

 

Edelbrock makes a street legal kit as well.
