Is it safe to say a stock fan would be quality? Stock fan here.. My ECT never went above 190 in traffic, in the summer, before, during, or after boost. Methinks there's more to **many** of those instances than just fan alone.

In part. But the radiator and intercooler type work in conjunction with that. There's not much more to it, but they are considered important.

Yeah, that it does. To **some** setups, I wouldn't see it as that big a deal. Guess it's a bit different if you're running a b-swapped eg, or just not much room in a teggy bay?

May I ask how you ran your coolant lines? I can't quite see them. I know there are a million options but it never hurt to see more variation

How is the B16B looking now and what's gonna be your next turbo?

Not sure really about new turbo we will see. I want the car first to go awd. I allready have a 5+5 blade rare AF 20G normal rotation compressor wheel and a TD5 antisurge compressor housing to mod
the existing turbo to hit 400whp.
After i test the awd waters on 400whp ill go for bigger turbo.
I spoke with Tasos manioudakis Kanados for a synchronised straight cut setup on the gearbox and he gave me a price quote. If things go this "forged gearbox way" ill go for a crazy zetup. Either a twin charged
setup i have in mind for years or some other test stuff just to answer some questions on my mind. If i dont go forged trans ill go for a a divided setup. Probably a Holset hx40 14cm or a BW s300 with a T4 .83 a/r.

Water line ill give you pictures some days from now because the car is 500km from me for the new engine FINALY to be fit.
Ill be back with some videos and photos.

your engine they will destroy your turbo from the first pull my friend....
if you want my opinion forget awd...the money is extreme..and cheap solution probably not working...
stay fwd and enjoy it...if you had a light weight eg maybe was ok but you car is to heavy..

Haha engine will not destroy the turbo. I will not try anything crazy with this turbo. 1 bar maybe 1.2.
Once ill brake the first transmition we will see on the awd setup.
I have a price point for a forged trans and its not that expensive.
Transmition on a 2 liter engine will brake at 600whp fwd or awd.

with this turbo you have not problem with transmision ...I am sure you will finish this turbo at 0.8...I have finish td06-20g on 1.4 on b16 9:1 compression..

I know the price for this forced trans I live in Greece bro....
if you want to finish your project and enjoy it please stay simple and drive it...
you don’t need crazy turbo set up etc...

Yeah thats the point. To use this turbo to test awd hopefully without breaking it and later with bigger turbo setup we will see what im gonna do with the trans because it will brake 100%.

A small update.
Engine was assembled with all oem honda bearings measured one by one (colors). Its a strategy we do here for good setups. Altho time consuming and like 2 or 3 times the bearing's cost.
Its WELL worth it.
Basemap for break in is ready.
First start was succesfull.
I have to somehow travel 500km to get the car tho haha.
Corona virus makes everything difficult...

Those valves look really deep-dished. What are they?
