Bad turbo???HELP!!
Hey guys, i have a turbonetics T60 on my 01 gsr, tuned @ 15lbs made 360whp, for the past few months it has only been hitting 12lbs, first it was a boost leak, I fixed that but still having the same issue..Then I figured it might be the wastegate spring, but then today driving home I felt something fall off the car and I accidentally ran over it =/. Turns out it was only the air filter so no biggie, but i noticed that it was soaked and dripping in oil, so I looked in the inlet of my turbo and its covered in oil, as well as inside the turbine...So could this be bad seals? or am I gonna need a whole new turbo?

Bad seals are likely. It would be a good idea to pull your fmic and pipes and see how much oil is inside, and check your oil level. Is your return line kinked or damaged? Nice down hill run into the pan?

That's up to you. Many would consider it a good time to "upgrade". People do rebuild as shown the the link I posted. Here are some others that may be of interest.
