Default Bad Smoking Problem

I just got my h22 turbo hatch, its been my buddies car for a few months now and Im taking it over. For the last few days, it has been smoking horribly out the exhaust and valve cover brether. The smoke commin from under the hood is so bad that it seeps into the vents and blows into the cab of the car. Is that only rings that could be doing this or could it also be the valvetrain that is leaking oil? Im going to pull the head tommorow and see whats up. My set up is at 5spi, stock map sensor with vafc at -40% for all peramiters, dsm 450's, aem fpr and rail, fuel pressure at 42psi at idle. Motor has only about 3k since turbo has been put on, just looking to see if anyone has any input or knows what could be wrong more than I do
