Default bad rings= lose of oil and bad gas mileage?

hello i did a compression test on my car today 125 on all four the way my friend did it was he took out all the spark plugs then tested each one. is that right?

does that mean the rings are bad? my car is so slow also. plus only getting about 160 a full tank. when i park my car a cloud of smoke comes from the engine bay. white smoke. brand new head gasket with arp head studs so can't be the gasket dont think. any help is appreciated thanks.

and my friend told me to get the je rings or something he said u can file them down to ur spec after u hone ur cylinders. is that correct?

if you have bad rings the compression isnt gonna be low all the way across the board at the same psi....did you do the test with the car warmed up to temp while holding the throttle wide open?

and i would take all the plugs out and do the test..lets it crank easier

does smoke also come out of the exhaust when the car is running?

yeah the car was warmed up. i dunno if he did the throttle thing. i'd see smoke come out of my engine bay sometimes when at a light. so weird. my turbo is leaking at the flange cuz i need to replace the gasket. but dunno if its that. someone help me figure out whats wrong before i change my rings. cuz i dont want to do all that if its not the rings. thanks.
well imma change out the kit for a apexi ball bearing kit. so after i put that kit on if its still the same imma need more help

oh and im losing oil every now and then but i dunno how. no puddles on the driveway

how much oil are you using up?

and do another compression test with a diff. gauge...the one you used might have been messed up if it gave those readings.
