Default back door intercooler question

i know the advantages of running a backdoor setup with a valve located on the end tank.

my question is, is there any risk at all to having a setup like this?
hyrdolock or anything?

The advantages are shorter intercooler piping as well as always having cool air in the charge pipe. If the water is that high, I would hope you weren't trying to drive through it anyhow. HTH.

If you keep the blow off valve up in the engine bay, you shouldn't have any problems with hydro locking.
