Default b4 and after whp with hondata or aem ems

i am at the point where i gotta tune my car and i finally saved the money (not really, got a fat tax return). can u guys post what ur b4 and after whp was when u got it tuned with either of these systems. thank a lot.

My hp was the same when I did a back to back comparson with hondata and AEM. Actually I got 1 more hp out of AEM. Not sure what you are really asking. My baseline with a street tune was 220. After dyno tune was 306. Thanks Mase

i was asking how much whp u had b4 the tuning with either of the systems. damn u made 86 whp just from tuning? i'm guessing u also raised the boost. how much psi are u using?

with both systems tuned properly you should get the same numbers.

the problem is that hondata dosnt have the cabability to tune properly for all situations. (intake temps, diff injector offsets, etc, etc) a properly tuned ems will be way more consistent than a tuned hondata car, but back to back on the dyno you wont see any difference if all conditions are the same as when they were tuned

the gain from tuning depends on how crappy it was setup to begin with.

10 psi was having problems with the bc it would not go higher then 10 psi.
