Default Will thi smake 400whp?

Honda Del Sol SiR Transtop Import, B16a2 ... I'm wondering if my current build will do 400 or plus whp, seeing in previous discussions the power output between log manifolds, ram horn, inline pro, etc. I'm tempted to go ram horn but funds are low now considering spending on the stuff below but might change to ram horn in the future.

- Darton sleeves
- SRP 8:2:1 Pistons with 81.25 bore (I know know, diss the SRP and get something else, maybe with the next build) I also took 0.5mm off the head to raise compression ratio up again
- Victor Reniz OEM head gasket set
- ARP head bolts
- Eagle rods with ARP bolts
- ACL Racing main and rods bearings
- Skunk2 Pro Intake Manifold
- Skunk2 3 angles valves
- SKunk2 dual valve springs
- Skunk2 titanium retainers
- Manley 5.5 degrees valve locks
- SKunk2 Pro Turbo stage 1 camshafts
- Skunk2 adjustable cam gears
- Skunk2 carbon fuel rail
- AEM fuel pressure regulator
- RC 750cc injectors
- Walbro fuel pump
- ACT Pro Light fly wheel
- ACT 408 lb/ft clutch kit
- Balanced crank, flywheel, clutch and pully
- pfabrications log manifold
- Garrett T3/T4 57 trim 63 A/R
- Goodridge oil feed and return kit
- 50mm BOV
- 38mm Wastegate
- New OEM water pump, timing belt, tensioner
- Low mileage JDM type R oil pump
- Mishimoto G-Line front mount intercooler
- Mishimoto aluminium radiator
- Mishimoto 12" slim fan
- NGK7E11 plugs
- 2.5" intercooler piping
- P30 UKDM ECU with Hondata S300 + boost control + GM solnieod + GM 3 bar map sensor
- 3" down pipe all way to back box with decat
- JDM B16 tranny that came with LSD installed already

Will tune on 93 Octane for daily drive, 97 & 101 Octane for other times ..

Other non engine related mods include:

- Skunk2 Pro S suspension
- SKunk2 lower control arms
- Skunk2 front and rear adjstable camber kits

While the engine still got some way to finish, I decided to speed things and install the intercooler today.

Rather than run the usual 45 degress or so angled piping and then run it through the air box hole, I decided to shorten the charge pipe as much possible and get as much joints welded. Minimize silicon couples as much as possible to avoid leakage or them coming off under high boost.

6 hours later and some cutting and welding, I ended up with this shape from the intercooler to the intake manifold and 3 couplers only, one between the intercooler and the pipe, one between the top of the pip where the BOV fits and the L shaped bit that fits onto the TB and last one is on the TB it self.

Trying to get this one ASAP to drop it in the car and take out the other JDM B16a2 out.

While at it, hell why not make a custom oil catch can. Those damn Goodrige AN fittings were expensive like £$"$"$

yes the set-up is capable of over 400whp. Plenty of people making 400-500 on stock sleeves, So you shouldn't have a problem, If you plan on making more then 450 you'll want to step upto a bigger turbo.

Wow, very nice parts That thing will make way more than 400whp. Use the turbo on the left instead!

The one on the left is a GT4088 which I already installed in my Rx7. I will run this 1st to see how it does as it my 1st ever Honda project. I'm not sure what's the next size up from the 57 trim!!! 60-1 or something?

If you're going to move up from the 57 trim, which will be easily big enough for your goal of 400whp, you should get something that isn't entirely outdated like the 60-1. I would suggest the BW S256 or S258. Either of those turbos would make 525+ on your setup with the right fuel.
