B20v tapping noise
Fully built GS-R head Type R Cams supertec valvetrain .5mm over on in and ex BLOCK Stock B20 low compression ARP head studs...LMA's have been cleaned...Exhause journal suffered some scoring before due to wrong cam cap on reassembly-relocated the right cam cap checked head no bent valves reassembledd thought it was the high compression B20 I had went and brought the low compression new block looked to have 20-30k all bolts still retained the galvonized finish not one leak, water pipe didn't even get a chance to discolor oh and fuel rail bolt looked as new as if it came out of the factory...Head has been cleaned resurfaced hot tanked valve job valve adj...still have a tapping noise...any ideas?
Rocker Arms or should I just replace the LMA's the tap is noticeable 2k to 4k or its just that i'm revving higher and the tap is less noticeable due to higher rpms?
