I ran a boosted b20 for ~8 months and loved it. Ran 9psi on a sc44, ran great.
They do have thinner stock sleeves than any motor. Initially it is a b18a/b that has a 84mm bore as opposed to an 81mm bore.
As long as it is tuned properly, it will be fine. There is a guy in the boosted b20 thread running 600+hp on stock sleeves, it is all in the tuning.

Personally I would go with LS/Vtec or b16/b17b18c1 head and b18c1 block. If you can get the B20 though go for it man! Its all in the tuning like the previous post said.

Although I don't have any experience with B20's and their sleeves, I've heard what most say about them and have to say that 600+ on those sleeves is impressive!

had a fully built b20 in my teg before i had to switch out for a b18c1, it ran great (b20 was still in perfect running condition, but cali laws suck). looking to buy an already built motor?
