Default B20 Turbo

hey whats goin on i have an 89 civic and right now i have a b20vtec....nothing major just stock....minor bolt ons....i come to the point where i wanna get out of NA...and move to boost...the bottom end is the b20z2 with ARP rod bolts...and the motor was recently freshend up....the head? 98 gsr....im just doin some research and i was wondering if its worth doin....or if i shud just go complete gsr on boost....i wud be happy with 300hp...so give me some opinions and let me kno if its a good idea or not?

here is what i would do, boost your b20, 300whp~ and stop there, run it unitl something happens. Then you can take your gsr throw some forged internal guts into it, go for 400-450whp and be happy.
