Default b20 in integra

im dropping a b20 engine in an integra and looking to turbo charge it. the shop i took it to says that i need these parts to turbo it, looking for some info to make sure they arent ripping me off (had my car fora month already and JUST called with a quote...kinda shady).
rods
forged standard pistons
piston rings
head studs
main studs
oil filter
engine overhall kit
replacement headgasket set (kennetic)
thermostat
block guard
main bearings
spark plugs
also any input on good brands to get for these would be much appreciated. thanks
