b18c1 help
Ok well im new to the b series line n I need a Lil help on a build I will be boosting this motor. My power goal is 300 to 350HP ive search alot of forums n ppl say u can just boost a stock gsr n get it tune n u should be fine. But since I have the motor out I figure I would put new internals. I was going with eagle connecting rods wesico 8:1piston acl main bearings and boring 20 over. Now to add a Lil twist to things the head is bare n I was wondering if I could put b16a2 valve train in a b18 head except for the cams. Also I have a b16a2 setup but the motor was shot wat parts are inter changeable from a b16 to b18 as far as hoses, alternator, distributor, axles, etc. also running chrom for the tune on a chipped p28 would that be fine. so any info would be great thanks

you might wanna go with higher comp. i got a similar build mine is 9.5:1 i seen many posts with as high as 11:1. 350 is easily obtainable on a stock block. I would also recommend usin the b16 head if possible, thats what i have b18c1 block b16a2 head GSR cams. Most hoses wont fit Alternator should be the same you only difference is obd1 or obd2 axels are the same. Dizzy is same also u need to check which obd its for.
