Default b18b w/ direct port setup

i am planing to run wet direct port nitrous in a b18b1 in my 93 del sol. What size over bore if any would be good, what girdle to use, what pistons, rods, and what compression would be best? i'm looking to spray 100 to 140 shot to it but like only on day like every 2-3 months at the track. any input would be great. Thanks oh and also what would be good to do to the head to make it last longer? valves, springs, retainers, cams, gears, port and polish, ect..... anything? not going for ls v-tec just the straight ls. if anyone has some parts message me

10.5 to 11.1 comp with forged pistons, 3 or 5 main girdle so u can rev it to 9k if u want, and some nasty cams from crower, valve springs and u'll be set. U might wanna go with a little more compression but i used 11.1 im my bone stock R with a 100 shot and never had any problems, its all up to u to decide how long the motor lasts, right timing plugs and tunning is a must, remember nitrous doesnt blow up motors! the driver does! so good luck and have fun with it.

it holds the crank inside the block, makes it more solid so u can rev it higher.
