im building my ls for boost and was wondering how much i should bore it out before it would be considered too much?

the setup is planned to be so far bored out and sleeved low compression pistons and after market rods drag gen 3 turbo kit and a type r tranny i think thats the jist of it

 

what are your HP goals? you probably dont need to sleeve, hondas now are making more power on factory sleeves than ever.

If your going to sleeve 85mm maybe a mm more. On a stock sleeve im sure you could go 84-5mm but why? keep a little higher CR and the stock bore or maybe a mm over and make the same power with less boost.

If you bore out that stock sleeve and lower the cr it will make power, lots of it but dont expect it to last to to long.
