Depends on the size of your turbo. Manifold pressure is just a measurement. You should be asking how much hp it can handle. Please search.

you can search but im board and I will be nice and give you your answer, you can get around 18psi with a good standalone tuning and at least 550 injectors tuning is the key. 15psi safely and that should put down a good 280 whp -320 whp on a ls. do you have any headwork? what turbo are you gonna use? get a sc61 and I would guarantee in the mid 300's for whp with the help of hondata or ems. There was a guy i beleive "willis" with same setup, pistons/rods and he was running hondata at 1 bar, he made 315/300
