I just dont get it? my stock single cam with junky ebay turbo kit did 2.2's all day long. but with my b16 I can't figure it out, and I have drag radials and a LSD.....

just need more seat time in the dual cam I suppose.

D single slam's are known to have good torque. Maybe thats why you had a better 60' with the D then with the B. What were the specs on that D and your B now?

Im starting to have problems with my setup.

Drag manifold, tial 38mm gate "big blue" spring. Without a dumptube off the gate it would build around 9.3psi max. I got a 1.5 mandrel bend dumptube installed, and the car shot right up to high 15lbs. I figured this should be normal as its running off the gate. I changed the spring to a "big red" and the car boosts the same amount. No change whatso-ever. It creeps up to 15lbs or so only in 3rd gear. Granted, its abour 15-20 Degree's outside.

The side port on the gate is right to the turbo nipple, I also moved it right to the vaccum log on the fire wall with no change. The Boost gauge reads off the vaccum log also.

Any ideas what can be wrong? the Diaphram does not appear to be torn or anything of that sort.

Are you sure there isnt a rip in the vacum line? That happened to me before the line and a tiny crack in it from the heat and it was causing over boost issues

I figured out that the car builds 5 LBS with NO WASTEGATE AT ALL!! so the manifold cannot flow the required CFM of the turbo basically...So now the problem is...how to fix it.
