B16A Highway rat...Methanol w/o IC
I'm planning on throwing a borg warner turbo in my crx very soon, the turbo is off a john deer tracker so the spool time is going to be hell, but I'm curious about if its really necessary to run a intercooler on a turbo setup that will only be in boost every now and again. Boost should peak around 5700.
I can run a 55/45 meth/water injection if the intake temps get too high, but will it be safe to run it in a non sprayed environment such as this?

you can do it.. just use 2 big nozzles, one about 12" pre throttle body and another pre turbo. Its really not the best way.

Dont hate on non-intercooled cars, several factory cars had them.
And non of them made over 150whp...
