Default b16 vs gsr cams

Yes I know this has been talked about alot, but I promise its a slightly different question

For my turbo setup im looking for 450+ whp and revving to about 8500 on ITR valvtrain and supertech valves.

Now my question is which cams will be able to flow the best up to 8500 rpms, and would switching to gsr cams net more than say 5 whp?

I can get a pair for a decent price, but want to make sure its really worth the price. Thanks

gsr cams are better than B16 you can find a 20-30 WHP increase by using ITR"s

ya i know all about how much more the itr cams will make, but i dont really want to spend another 250 on itr/ctr cams. Only reason I would switch to gsr cams from b16 cams is b/c i can get a pretty good deal on them.

So pretty much im wondering if the b16 or gsr cams will be able to hold power the longest up top? and by how much more the gsr cams really make over the b16s in general?

I've never heard that... gsr cams have a bit more lift on the intake side and more duration on both sides than b16a cams which seems to yield gains over stock without changing the characteristics of the motor in terms of powerband etc... itr's have even more lift and duration and push the sweet spot a bit further up the rpms depending on your engine's specifics. Any upgrade over b16's should be an improvement, I went with gsr's because they are readily affordable/available and have good hp-per-$ yields since I don't plan on taking this motor over 8500rpm.

Civic Si(1999 Spec)
Int-265 dur. / 10.5mm lift
Exh-267 dur. / 9.6mm lift

Integra GS-R
Int-274 dur. / 10.7mm lift
Exh-276 dur. / 9.6mm lift

Civic Type-R And Integra Type-R(Integra Type R 2000/01 Spec)
Int-278 dur. / 11.5mm lift (97-98 spec = 3 deg less duration)
Exh-280 dur. / 10.5mm lift
