Default B16 turbo setup Q's

Whats up guys. Im a long time reader but very seldom do i post. I wanted a few questions answered about the setup i am currently putting together.

The Setup im going with:

Peakboost FTW Manifold
Peakboost 3" Downpipe
T3/T04E 57 trim .63 A/R
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Tial 38mm Blow off valve
PWR Intercooler efficient up to 475Whp
2.5 intercooler pipe
Arias IDT pistons 8.0:1 compression ratio 81mm bore
Scat H-beam rods
ACL bearings
ARP head and main studs
Supertech valve springs and retainers
Skunk2 pro series cam gears
880cc injectors (precision)
Wahlbro 255
Sleeved B16
Mostly Stock B16 head
ITR Tranny 4.40 final drive
Full 3" Exhaust
AEM truboost boost controller
AEM wideband

What i would like to know is if the setup listed above could produce 400WHP. My tuner has informed me that he doubts 400 but 350 is very likely. and that i should go with and ls block instead. I know the compression is a little on the low side but for now that is all i have to work with. I would also like to know what i could rev my engine to. The head is all stock with the valvesprings and retainers. Which are the high lift supertechs. I will also be adding gsr cams. All help and guidance is very appreciated!!

I Know that 8:1 is low but its not too low. plus its all i got for now.
I also know i can rev to 10k with the right stuff. I wanted to know what those supertechs will handle. They are titanium retainers btw.

i think 400whp is definately attainable on that setup. you are using quality parts, as long as you get a quality tune i don't think it would be an issue.

what are you using for engine management?

you'll hit 400hp, 8:1 is pretty low but you should be okay due to the fact u have a sleeved motor, so u'll just have to push alil more psi. i had a very similar setup except stock sleeves and made 400:
