b16 turbo bogs when vtec hits

b16 turbo bogs when vtec hits
can anyone help me out. i got my car tuned around may and it was running fine thoughout the summer but now that the outside temp is about 70 degrees the car bogs and backfire when it hits vtec on all the gears. any help would be apriciated
car is tuned on chrome
