Build my d for turbo

Default Build my d for turbo

I dont know What i need to replace for internals for my d16z6 my goal is to hit 200 WHP on a turbo set up and i dont know what i should build for it to be mostly realiable i know to replace the head studs and the conecting rods but do i need to get it sleeved with pistons and a crank or is that overkill for what i want to do??

For 200hp you dont need to do anything to the block. Make sure the engine is still tight before you boost it.

stock internal D's are generally good until the magic 220whp mark....although many have gone further
