B16 T3
Hello HT!
I don't post here often but I always make it a point to visit this great site almost everyday. I can proudly say that almost everything I know about cars came from here.
First off, here's my setup:
B16A EG motor w/ GSR tranny
DSM 450cc
slight port & polish Head
ITR int cam, GSR exh cam w/ cam gears (not tuned yet - set to 0,0)
Apexi filter. 2' hot side, 2.5' cold side charge pipings
Custom manifold
T3 turbo from an RB25DET motor
Walbro 255
No-brand FMIC from eBay (30x6x2.5)
2.5' DP, 3' exhaust
Uberdata
... everything else is stock

It's currently tuned on the street at 8psi (not dynoed so I don't know how much I'm already making - but I'd say around 200), but I plan on turning up the boost to 12 soon because I'm hoping to get around 250hp with this.
I just wanted to know what you guys think...
Is it a good idea to boost my motor at 12psi with this T3 - granted that it's tuned well? (or is the turbo too small to make 250hp efficiently)?
Suggestions or comments would be great... constructive ones please

the t3's off of the rb25det are ball bearing and have ceramic turbine wheels.... DO NOT TURN THAT TURBO OVER 15PSI. the turbine wheel will basically grenade and take a few things under hood with it as well
