Default b16 swap- turbo or supercharger

i recently installed a sir2 swap into my 95 ex, no ac or ps. I ran a 15.0 with i/h/e and no cat on street tires. I wanna hit 13's at least. Would you recommend going with a turbo or supercharger? Also how much psi can the stock motor handle and still be reliable. Also is 13's possible with just the addition of the turbo or sc? thanks in advance.
