For those not this obnoxious. here's what happens when you have too large a turbo, at boost pressures below its efficiency range (in this case, like the OP wanted, a B16 with a "6262" from Precision at 15.4psi of boost pressure) against a bone stock Evolution 8 with an intercooler upgrade and stock turbocharger.... Pitiful.

What? What's in the center section has nothing to do with what kind of housing it has...

And they make turbos that are ball bearing with twin scroll turbine housings...
