GSR pistons inside a B16 block
I'm not looking to boost, I'm not looking to do anything except to drive the car with this set up, since that is what I am forced to do.
I am just wondering from those that have driven a b16 with USDM GSR pistons how it was, that is all. Thanks.

they are already in the motor? if not..will they even fit? i'm kinda a noob at this but doesn't the bigger displacement of the b18 make the pistons slightly bigger than the b16s?

Re: (bsixteen)
Why wouldn't the pistons fit?
They are standard 81mm's Obviously using b16 rods/crank.
The displacement is found in the longer rods.
Bump.

Yup, GS-R's in a B16A block, with B16A crank, B16A rods, and B16A head = 9.09:1 compression

I'm looking for anyone who has driven with a similar set up as this, b16 engine, gsr pistons... I think we all know it lowers c/r........

Yea.
How ironic Captain Obvious with lower c/r didn't pick that one up.
How was the driving on a daily basis, what kind of ecu, how was power throughout rpms.. ect.. any valid information.
