B16 Nitrous Build Help
I'm planning on doing a JDM B16 SirII ( Nitrous Build ) . I would like to squeeze 75 hp to 100 hp using a ZEX dry kit. This is what I've planned so far and I need more input from you guys.
JDM Sir II B16
JDM B16 LSD Tranny
Exedy Stage 2 Clutch
ITR Flywheel
J's Racing Intake
JDM ITR Header
AEBS / ITR Intake Manifold
Hondata IM Gasket
B&M FPR (w/ Gauge)
Upgraded Injectors (195LHP?)
CTR Camshaft, Valve Springs, Retainers
Skunk2 Camgears
Colder Plugs
Retarded Timing
2.5 Piping
ES Oval Exhuast
My question/s :
I will be using a P30 Ecu .... should I tune it off a VAFC or Hondata ?
Do I need to build my bottom end or upgrade pistons and stuff like that (Will squeeze 75hp on street 100hp @ track)?
Any more stuff I need ?

if ur going that big. I would run a wet kit. Dry is horrid. Ive ran dry years ago and now run wet. I dont trust that vacuum **** to bump fuel pressure.

Re: B16 Nitrous Build Help (r0cket247)
the setup looks ok to me..use the hondata if u can..and yes u can use the dry with that amount..especially with the hondata..u can use that to compensate the fuel...since u are upgrading injectors and have hondata (even though u could get away with the 240s)..the (cheapest) and most effective way would be to use dsm 450s IMO..there bigger then what u need but thats ok..or u can go with a bigger OEM injector...(whatever is available)..or just shed out the extra money for an RC,Bosch etc...

a 75 shot is no problem on a b16, have done it on plenty of em and they lasted years. if you have the option go with the hondata, i ran a vafc for years on my nos set up and hondata just made so much cleaner running power.
if you go hondata pick you up some dsm 450s, they are cheap and flow well. if not get some prelude injectors. just make sure you some back a couple degrees on the timing and use some good ngk plugs like some 7 series, and use good gas.
i played around with 2 stage set ups, one wet and one dry because a 75 shot on street tires on the street gave me a bunch of bald tires and no hook.
so i sprayed a 45dry, and a 75 wet. once i was in 2nd is when i used the wet.
but on just a wet kit in my gsr hatch with bolt ons. got me mid 11s on slicks
