i need a manifold so i graded an obd-0 b16 manifold and was wondering if i can block this valve off ?

that is the fitv, if you remove it you may have idle surging problems when the car is cold. why do you want to remove it?

its not the IAC it mounts right below the tb and the IAC mounts on the back i have a set up now that dosent have one of these i was jw if i could cap off the nipples

i said it is the FITV not the IAC. they are two seperate components. im sure some people have removed it but im thinking you will have cold idle issues when its really cold out. then again it might be able to be worked out in the tune or something
