B16 Boost Question
In the process of boosting my B16 and have been wondering how much psi i could run while maintaining reliability.
Compression :175psi across all cylinders
Wiseco low comp pistons
Eagle rods, ACL bearings, ARP nuts
ARP head studs, Cometic head gasket
Type R oil pump
RC 550's, AEM adj fpr
Skunk 2 valves & titanium retainers
standard valves, g.box, crank & cams
as for the turbo it's a t3/t4 a/r 0.50
Thanks
Tuning on S300 & Innovate wideband

Re: B16 Boost Question (Powelly)
reliability is depent on how well the motor was put together and the tune to follow. the rest is up to you to make sure you dont beat the **** out of it constantly.

You can easily push 400whp on the motor (if your turbo setup allows). But like its been said, if you have a crap tuner and builder it won't last for very long whatsoever.

Man U FTW
doesn't matter what kind of psi you run, but you're limited to what the stock sleeves will hold. there are a number of upper 400whp and low 500whp piston/rod combos
