Default ARP head studs should I retorque?

I've got some ARP headstuds in my B16A and I've ordered some GSR cams should I retoque my headstuds when doing this?
I'm not asking this just because I'm changing my cams but since I installed the ARP headstuds I did never retorqued them.
If I have to retorque them how many lbs or nm do you guys torque yours?
