ARP Head Studs Torque

So I'm installing a B16A2, which I plan to boost in the future, I installed ARP head studs, the sheet said 80ft/lbs.

However some are saying that this is excessive? Should I back it down to 65 or 70?

Torque it to the specs that ARP suggests. They wouldn't put it on there sheet if they didn't mean it.
