I've got a Crane Hi6 capacitive discharge ignition with external coil. And apparently the voltage is so high that at high RPM it arcs inside the distributor cap. Power drops off and I hear massive static in the radio, until I let off the throttle. I've got an OBD-0 distributor and it has the stock rotor cover in place. Any ideas how to fix, smaller gap on the plugs? I'm running stock gap 0.044"
