I think anything is possible. But you would have to run very low fuel pressure to make it work. The AFC limits you to -50% fuel over stock the injectors being almost triple the size of the stock injectors would make hard to tune. Your timing with the AFC is also very crazy.
A better and safer way to go about it is to handata or uberdata the car. All that takes is chipping the ECU and having it tuned. Then you wouldn't run into the timing issue Like with the AFC.

get a fmu and run a 3:1 ratio plate that is the lowest they make..and get an FPR and electric fuel pressure gauge, you should be able to get by with the help of a decent wideband..
but if you need that much fuel you are making some power and cutting back on something like tuning can ruin all your hard work!
