Default Apex VAFC controller

is this good for turbo applications? can i use this instead of getting a new ECU?

AFC + Injectors for fueling =
But
AFC + Modifying the map output signal to the ECU and skewwing your IGN valeus right off the scale into detonation zone =
And
Detonation + headgasket =
So
AFC =

There is a few ways around the problem tho.

A: Run as much bosot as your map sensor can take. and then retard your ignition via distributor 2-3 degrees back.
Or
B: Chip the ecu to replot the ignition table values to work properly with say.. -40% correction and go from there(that is if you want to retain the AFC for ease of adjustibility. if not. then while chipping. May as well look into Turboedit/Uberdata etc..

what car and what motor and what ecu? I edited my first psot some more. In the end. the AFC WORKS. but it doesn't work very safe unless you do the two options I posted

no matter what motor/car/setup, dont get it... its a half *** way to adjust fueling wether its an na application or an fi app.. my friend is going to run a vafc on his turbo setup, i keep on telling him no, run uberdata. but he wont listen. so im waiting for the day it blows up to tell him "told you so, ***"

Anything really. Hondata/Neptune/Microtech/AEM EMS/Uberdata/Turboedit/ZDYNE/There are a **** load of options hehe

no, microtech is a standalone. Hondata/crome/uberdata and turbo edit work for stock ecus.
