Default Apex-i S AFC

Looking to buy an Apex-i piggy back fuel computer. I've seen a first and a second generation model, aside from cosmetics and a minor price difference is one better than the other?

the first model you can only adjust your settings in increments of 500 rpms, the second model you can do it every 200

That'd make a lot nicer fuel curve, kind of odd the newer model is cheaper.

Anyone know if these support larger injectors? Namely ones out of a DSM, mentioned on http://www.homemadeturbo.com but didn't give me a clear answer.

yes that is one of thier main uses, to control larger injectors.

other differences include monitor mode and datafile.

theres also a VAFC which is a vtec controller built into an SAFC.
