Anyone have any comments on their product line of gauges (boost, temp, etc)? They're relately inexprensive and all over place (pepboys sells them). I would like the guys who actually have used them to comment.

American Piece of Crap. they are cheap for a reason. it could be because they are made in china, or cheap parts or whatever but they are cheap for a reason. and i wouldnt stick the vacuum line to one of them boost gauges, it'll prolly leak the vacuum causing BOV to go crazy, fuel pressure reg to go nuts, run the car lean and blow the headgasket right off....hehe dont mean to scare u. ive spent over 3g on my motor, i wouldnt trust my critical data read from apc gauges...my .02 cents

 

My friend had the 5" APC Tach and the volt meter. I have never seen a more poor quality piece in my life. After two months, the tach stopped working. He tinkered around with it and got it to work again, but it reads about 3K rpm's too high. I was there when he took the cover off...the electronics in it were so cheap looking...horrible quality, I would never run one.

 

Case closed! Ok step away from APC.

I got one word for you......Autometer. ONe of the best inexpensive guages ever made
