Default Anyone's Autometer A/F Gauge break?

As of two days ago..my A/F Guage only cycles between lean and the first stoich LED. When I stop and the car is idling...ALL the LEDs light up! WTF?

Could it be Im running that lean? I checked the plugs and they all look fine.

Im going to test the O2 sensors with a multimeter and see if the voltage agrees with the A/F Gauge

the AutoMeter a/f guage is a very simple beast. You can make one with $5 and a trip to radioshack. There is no moving parts...i wouldnt see how it could *break* unless it was smashed.

i saw a properly hooked up autometer gauge today read "normal" at wide open throttle. the problem is, it was on a car that was on a dyno with an a/f meter and it was soooo lean, it was off the charts. luckily he had a built motor. even with that, i was surprised to see it live through one pull.......those autometer a/f gauges suck.
