Default Anyone using a Action stage 1MS clutchsetup?

This is the sprung 6 puck clutch with a heavy duty pp. Any pros and cons.

I just installed this clutch...feels good, waiting to break it in to really try it out. How much power does the 1ms hold?

I was looking at the 1KS or 2KS for my setup. Anyone got any dirt on those two clutches?

The 1ks i hear is good because its kevlar, and last a long time. The 2ks is the same thing but with a dual diaphram pressure plate which will hold more power. I know the pedal effort on my 1ms is cake. Its not that stiff at all, it does feel alot more solid and direct then the stock which is way better. I just want to know how much power the 1ms can hold. Also how long is the break in period for this clutch?

yeah.. I'm also looking at a 2ms for my ride.. it would be good to hear experiences with these clutches. I like the idea of the dual diaphragm pressure plate but still being spring centered for those long trips in traffic..

The KS will not hold as much power as the MS. However, it engages smoother.

I plan on making about 275 whp/200 wtq with my 1MS. I talked extensively with Rocket at ef-1 and he says that this clutch is up to the task. The 2MS will hold something like 275 wtq.

Thanks for the reply. Also what is the break in period for the 1ms. This is a ceramic clutch right?

500 miles of street driving should be good.

The 1MS uses Miba metallic friction pads.
The 1KS uses a segmented Kevlar disk.

I always heard you don't have to break in pucked clutches, but who knows.

I bought the 1MS but action sent me a cable clutch so I'm waiting for my new one
