I'm thinking of running 83mm pistons with my GSR motor. Anyone doing this/have done this with stock crank, and aftermarket rods? About what would the displacement be? I've searched, and didn't find info on this. Would it be worth it to do this with a turbo setup, or would 81mm be pretty much the same? Thanks.

 

83mm gsr motor with stock crank will yield almost exactly a 1.9liter.

going with stock bore or 83mm at that point will just be a personal preference and really wont make any more power compared to an extra lb of boost on stock bore which can make up for it. this is with aftermarket sleeves of course
