1. Saabs used a solenoid to regulate the boost meaning you will just need to get a boost controller.
2. You should get bigger injectors. If you want to save money you could just run a FMU and a pump. I would suggest you get some 300cc injectors, FPR, and a bigger pump like a 190lph.

3. FMUs are good, but I would rather stay away from them. I think it is kind of a band-aid for your fuel system. Get a Apexi AFC with injectors, a pump, and a FPR.
4. I have owned a Eclipse GSX for 2 years and I drive it everyday. You are going to need to crush that BOV unless you want to recirculate it. It is not very hard to do here is a link. http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_bov_mod.html. You are going to need to get intercooler piping and when you do, make sure you use T-bolt clamps unless you just want the piping to blow off. Use quality silicon connectors also as the crap rubber stuff you can get just stretches after it has been on for a week. There is no reason why the car will not be reliable as long as you run a boost level that is acceptable with the amount of fuel that you can supply. Also, it is good to see that you have a T3, in my experience with Hondas, the T3/T4 setups have a little too much lag for my taste. Good luck.

You can run the stock injectors with a FMU, FPR, and a pump if you would like. Personally, I would not do that cause the FMU is not that much less that injectors that would be suited to this application. You are going to just need to get a boost controller or change the spring in the wastegate that you have to whatever boost level you would like. A boost controller is the better way to go. It is gonna cost about the same if you get a manual (the best way to go) and then you have some adjustability.
