Anyone running this turbo?
A T3/T4 stage3 with a .54 compressor? I have an oppurtunity to buy one at a decent price. Please give comments, times, setups with the unit if you or a friend is running it. I have a stock LS if it and plan on running a low boost of 5 and a high of 10-12. Thanks guys!
I am about to install a T3/T04E .68 AR turbine, 50 trim compressor .60 AR. We will see how this thing feels on the stock B18B. I plan to run 5.5 low and 9-10 high.
Did the search engine break and why do you guys keep posting oddball AR's like .43 and .68. The sizes are .36, .48, .63, .82, 1.00, 1.15
That turbine will work ok with your setup but since your car is non-VTEC a 47t compressor would probably be better. An AR .48 ex housing will top out at 6600~7000 rpm so that might be a better choice for you also if you aren't going to get cams.

he's correct... cept turbonetics doesnt offer the 1.00 and 1.15 in the t3 housing
Ok, forgot to say. I did a search. everything from turbine to compressor to .54 to 54 to A/R to LS and all mismatched. The topics that popped up didnt really answer my question.

The person forgot to mention the turbine size. I am figuring a .63 cause it powered his CRX racecar to high 9's, with what looked to be a vtec motor. Will the .63 be too big for a 7K redlined LS motor? In the future I will prolly do springs and retainers to get some more R's out of the motor.
