i was told that w/o headwork (port and polish not upgraded valvetrain), a ls head can't flow well enough to produce that kind of power. is there any truth to this?

If I were to not port and polish my head, Sleeve my block, change the pistons and rods, different cams, more boost, I would hit over 400 no problem. These are my plans for next season. I already have a Benson Built LS block ready with the Iron Sleeves, balanced everything, pistons, rods etc etc. I just need to come up with the 4gs to pay for it. God damn funds.

it would definatly be much easier with the P&P since the air could flow so much better, but it's not required. I'd definatly highly recommend it though.
