anyone here running 10:0:1 for turbo
my motor now is a lsvtec 81mm 9:0:1 that makes 400hp. After driving a car with a similar setup but is a 2.0 10:0:1 compression that is also making 400ph, i want to also make mine to a 2liter. what are the pros and cons going 10:0:1? planning to change my compression to 10:0:1 and replace my ctr cams with some skunkstage 1. This is my daily driven car and i dont plan to make a lot of power. im just want to stay around the 400hp area with abit more toque.

Re: (187Chor)
nasteboyii likes high comp with boost. last year it liked it, this year with my t67 on the car it was nasty BUT, one hiccup and it was all over (twice) i think that was a little mis communication issue. but, its nasty. there is very little or no room for error.

Ultimately your tuner will tell you where the stopping point is for your fuel. It depends on the efficiency of the turbo and the setup though. Your tuner should listen for detonation and then back off the tune in order to stay conservative. IMO, its better to make a little less power and stay on the safe side...
