Anyone heard of Westach gauges????????
they are big in the DSM world I know.I can get an UGLY UGLY UGLY EGT gauge from someone close. Its damn ugly but for the price you cant beat it! I thinking of giving it a shot. Gauge any good? INfo pls

damn, thats ugly i havn't heard of these gauges before, how much do they run? You get what you pay for, thats why autometer gauges are so cheap

Actually I have a Westach EGT guage. They are much better than Autometer by far, but they are pretty ugly though. I had them make an EGT custom for me with white facing and a higher temp range.
A friend of mine with a turbo Dodge Omni used a Westach EGT with good results. If you wanted a white faced one, I'd sell you mine alot cheaper than you could buy it for. Otherwise you can order them through Westgate Spruce (an airplane supply company).

I have the Westach EGT guage, I got it custom made to read higher than 1600F.
It's pretty good for the price. Both Guage and probe are approx.
$80.00 and it works really well.

hmm..this one is used.doesnt have a probe.
guy wants $50 CAD for it.which is pretty decent. its black..but i think if i get it ill hide it

What is that? About US$30? I'd go for it, the price is not bad. You can get the thermalcouple and wire leads from Aircraft Spruce.
