anyone have MBC problems over 25psi
Basically if i go over 20psi it does some weird things. The needle goes back and forth VERY fast. ay 25psi it worse it goes back and forth like 3-4psi diff. I think its the MBC, do you think a EBC would fix the problem or should i change my wastegate its a 38mm with 1 bar spring. Turbo is a GT35R .63

what size is the spring in the wastegate?
a MBC sometimes has a hard time controling boost if you try to more than double the spring pressure it was designed for.

1 bar, i heard it doesn't really matter if u double the pressure of the wastegate spring

Boost is going to become unstable if you are running a lot more boost than the base WG spring pressure. Try to swap to a higher PSI spring, closer to the boost you are intended to run

wouldn't part throttle be crappy with a bigger spring

Heavier spring = less wastegate movement.
If part throttle becomes crappy, your engine needs some love... Get it tuned.

hmmmm might order a small spring to make it around 18psi daily

I agree that you may be too far over the WG spring. It could also be a combination of the WG design and boost controler design too.
The ball and spring/bleeder style boost controlers that TXS sells work awesome to over 30psi if the rest of your hardware it up to par.

You shouldn't be boosting like 20psi+ boosting in part throttle anyways
